CANCELLATION AND REFUND

SINCE WE DEAL WITH PERISHABLE PRODUCTS, WE FOLLOW ‘NO RETURN POLICY’ AFTER DELIVERY.

Though,  we accept all cancellations made before the cut-off time of our shipping slot within 12 hours from the order placed.

Please reach out to our customer services for cancellation requests and refunds through mail/Call/WhatsApp. If your order not shipped, we will start the process to refund all payments made for orders immediately. The payment will be refunded to your respective account after deducting cancellation charges charged by paytm (If any) within time frame of payment gateway i.e. 2-3 days depending on Bank rules.

  1. Deduction of refund amount from money in wallet
  2. Transfer of Refund Amount to Customer’s Bank
  3. Customer’s Bank accepts Request for Refund
  4. Bank transfers refund amount to Customer’s Payment Mode ( Might take 2-3 days depending on Bank rules)

FOR NON-DELIVERED ORDER

The payment will be refunded to your respective account after deducting all order processing charges i.e. cancellation charges charged by payment gateway, Shipping  & Return To Origin charged by courier services, etc. within time frame of payment gateway i.e. 2-3 days depending on Bank rules. The refund amount will be initiated after receipt of return order at our shop place safely.

P.S. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction or transactions violating the terms of website use i.e. order from fake/temporary Email or mobile account, we are at sole discretion to cancel such orders and forfeit the payment. These customers/accounts will be denied access from the use of the site or purchase of products in the future.
